How to Return an Item:

Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund. We aim to process all returns within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
